On the map it is building 37 in the bottom left corner of the campus. If you are driving to campus you should enter through the Colonel By Dr. entryway, and then take the first turn left onto Library Dr. At the top of the hill is a pay-parking lot (in green on the map), and the HCI building is directly accessible at the 4th floor level.
