There’s a special bank whose mission is to reduce poverty, fund health services and protect our climate. It’s called  the World Bank. But, it has a long way to go to fulfill its mission and urgently needs to change to do so. 

The Bank’s new President, Ajay Banga, along with others making decisions at the Bank, have a huge responsibility on their shoulders. Whether it’s unlocking more money for schools and hospitals, or for communities to build resilience to climate shocks: their actions could help save millions of lives. Or fail millions of us.

As we welcome Ajay Banga to his new role, we’re also calling on him to deliver the change we need for people and the planet. Join us and send a postcard urging him to act.
