Established with strong bipartisan support from Congress in 2004, MCC has gathered private investment that’s provided electricity for millions and partnered with local governments to build thousands of miles of roads, enabling people access to vital job opportunities and global economic growth, in turn making America safer, stronger, and more prosperous.

The elimination of the MCC and its programs would be self-defeating for America’s interests in the world. I urge Congress to ensure MCC's track record of success continues at this crucial moment for America's future.
