We are at a pivotal moment in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

Decades of US leadership has fueled life-saving progress. Millions are alive today because of testing, treatment, and global cooperation. And with a new breakthrough HIV/AIDS drug being delivered to the hardest-hit African countries, the finish line is finally in sight. 

But the epidemic is not over. In 2024, 630,000 people died of AIDS-related causes and there were 1.3 million new infections globally.  

America’s leadership in the fight against the global HIV/AIDS epidemic has been historic. That is why finishing the fight starts with you.  

Sign our petition urging our leaders to renew the US commitment to ending HIV/AIDS for good. 

The US has the power to finish the fight against HIV/AIDS. Please support effective, life-saving programs like the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Together, we can show the world what US leadership can achieve.
