Founders’ Day marks the anniversary of ONE’s launch at a rally in Philadelphia on May 16th, 2004. It’s a day where we celebrate and thank our advocates, whether they were there on day ONE or just joined.

It’s also a moment where we recommit to take action to secure the investments needed to create economic opportunities and healthier lives in Africa.

As our country celebrates our 250th Birthday, US leadership on these issues is at a crossroads. The American legacy of helping save lives is one we can all be proud of, and we need to make sure our elected leaders know we don’t want them to step away from that leadership.
