Become a ONE Canada Global Activist

Apply to join the next cohort of the ONE Global Activists program in Canada (2026-27). This volunteer program is ideal for people who are passionate about demanding the investments needed to create economic opportunities and healthier lives in Africa, want to develop skills in advocacy and understanding of development finance, and are keen to join a global network of people speaking out for global justice.

Sounds like you? Here’s what to expect:

  • Training to develop skills and knowledge in advocacy, Canadian and global politics and media
  • Joining activists across Canada and the ONE Global Activists network across Europe, Africa and the US
  • Opportunities to represent ONE and meet with elected officials
  • Dedicated support to carry out creative and impactful community actions to further ONE’s advocacy work
